OPTICAL SWITCH*
The optical switch pictured above is a solid state Stress-Optic(TM) device accepting two inputs. The singlemode or laser beams are individually steered or switched, either manually or from a driver circuit taking TTL inputs. The glass/film sandwich contains no doping, and consequently its losses are those of conventional optical glass.
